Fantasy scoring rules in this model
A map score is the sum of its emblems. Each emblem turns one statistic into base points and multiplies them by quality and trait bonuses; title bonuses apply on top. Every value below is read straight from the reference model the calculator runs.
Statistic base points
Red emblems cover farming and fighting, blue emblems cover utility and map control, and green emblems cover objectives and team play.

| Kills | Red | 107 |
| Deaths | Red | 1,950 − 195 per death |
| Last hits + denies | Red | 3 |
| Gold per minute | Red | 2 |
| Madstones collected | Red | 13 |
| Towers destroyed | Red | 352 |
| Observer wards placed | Blue | 117 |
| Camps stacked | Blue | 234 |
| Runes grabbed | Blue | 141 |

| 2 | +30% |
| 3 | +60% |

A trait depends on the other emblems on the same banner. Adjacent means the emblem right next to it in banner order.
- Fractal
- +60% to this emblem when every emblem on the banner has a different quality.
- Benevolent
- +20% to each adjacent emblem.
- Vampire
- +50% to this emblem and −10% to each adjacent emblem.
- Unique
- +30% to this emblem when it is the only Unique on the banner.
- Friendly
- +50% to this emblem when the banner has three or more Friendly emblems.
Titles
A prefix pays when your hero belongs to its hero group. A suffix pays when the map meets its condition. Active title bonuses add together, then multiply the map score.

|---|---|
| Crimson | +6% when your hero is one of its 30 heroes |
| Azure | +11% when your hero is one of its 29 heroes |
| Emerald | +6% when your hero is one of its 23 heroes |
| Purple | +10% when your hero is one of its 20 heroes |
| Golden | +8% when your hero is one of its 25 heroes |
| Elemental | +8% when your hero is one of its 26 heroes |
| Otherworldly | +7% when your hero is one of its 26 heroes |
| Heroic | +9% when your hero is one of its 30 heroes |
| Sufferer | +23% when any player died to a Tormentor |
| Flayed Twins Acolyte | +9% when first blood happens before the horn |
| Patient | +23% when first blood happens after ten minutes |
| Loser | +6% when your team lost the map |
| Bold | +24% when the map lasts under 25 minutes |
| Pivotal | +16% when the map could have been the final game of the series |
| Lucky | +21% when the map duration ends in the digit 8 |
| Cruel | +13% when any player died in their own fountain |
How the scoring works
Core and Support average two same-team players within each shared map. Best series adds the two highest-scoring maps in a series, then selects the strongest series; this reference model counts three maps for a TI best-of-five. All-match average × 2 averages all valid maps and doubles the result. These modes answer different questions.
A worked scoring example
With 2 kills, the reference base score is 2 × 107 = 214. A quality-1 emblem adds 10%. A lone Unique trait adds 30%, giving a 1.40 multiplier and 299.60 points before title bonuses. Bonuses add percentage points; keep full precision until the final display.
Base points × emblem multiplier × (1 + active title bonuses)
What these results mean
This is a fixed historical snapshot, not a live roster recommendation or an official score. The TI 2026 reference model is adapted from a community engine. It does not include the coach modifier and is not independently certified against Valve settlement. Roles are inferred by the source pipeline. Missing statistics exclude the affected map; valid and available counts show the difference. A new year needs a verified rule adapter.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Dota 2 Fantasy Calculator?
It is a free browser tool that re-scores the pro matches of The International 2026 under a reference model of the Dota 2 Fantasy rules. You choose the stage, role, emblems, traits and titles, and it ranks core pairs, mid players and support pairs by points.
Are these Valve’s official fantasy scores?
No. Results come from a community reference model and a fixed data snapshot, so they can differ from Valve’s own settlement. Use them to compare options and understand the rules, not as an official leaderboard.
Which matches does the data cover?
The snapshot holds 109 group-stage maps and 38 main-event maps played from August 13, 2026 to August 23, 2026, collected on August 23, 2026.
What do emblems, traits and titles do?
Each emblem converts one statistic into points. Quality and traits then raise or lower that emblem’s multiplier, and prefix and suffix titles add a percentage on maps that meet their conditions. The tables on this page list every value.
What is the difference between Best series and All-match average × 2?
Best series adds the two highest-scoring maps of a series and keeps the strongest series; for a TI best-of-five this model counts three maps. All-match average × 2 averages every valid map and doubles it. The first rewards a peak series, the second rewards consistency.
Why are Core and Support shown as pairs?
TI 2026 Fantasy asks you to pick cores and supports as duos from the same team, so the calculator averages the two same-team players on each shared map. Mid is scored as a single player.
Does it include the coach modifier?
No. The coach modifier is not part of this model, and the results are not independently checked against Valve’s final settlement. The section on what these results mean has the details.
Can I use it for the next International?
Not directly. Each year can change statistics, point values and title rules, so a new year needs a verified rule adapter before results can be trusted. This page stays a record of TI 2026.
Is my configuration uploaded anywhere?
No. Calculations run in your browser, saved configurations stay in local storage, and a share link only encodes your selections in the address. No Steam sign-in is needed.
What do valid and available maps mean?
Available maps are the maps both players of a pair appeared in. A map is valid only when every statistic your emblems use exists for it. Missing statistics exclude the map instead of counting as zero.
