A fair Daily Challenge for live Invoker decisions

The Invoker Daily Challenge gives every player the exact same target sequence, opening orb queue, and D/F slots for one UTC day. That makes decision quality comparable across the Daily Challenge without turning the mode into another recipe race.

The ranked Daily Challenge board rewards the shortest correct input line first. Raw time only breaks ties after efficiency, wrong-slot presses, and redundant Invokes, so random key spam never becomes the winning Daily Challenge strategy.
